When I experience a certain feeling, I search for the most precise way to express my very self through it. Sometimes I embody it in painting, another time in art objects or the performance of art and science genre. But painting appears to be the closest one to my nature, to my inner trembling vibe. Thus quick sketches are like a deep dive into the gist of the present moment. The sensuality of expressionism is the imprint of the moment so I eagerly explore the realm of the erotic and intimacy through art. Experimenting with new mediums is my way to step out of the norms of the flat surface of reality, to break the mental limitation of physics. I am keen to add new dimensions and modalities to painting that evoke new feelings and new meanings.
I strive for my viewer to feel the art piece as a live object that melts or glows, but at the same time possesses the virtue of being emotional. I am interested in humans. Human as a unique combination of body and consciousness, human as a constantly changing living structure. Thus in the direction of Art & Science in the genre of performance my means of art is a living person, yet through painting I reveal what is life in a person.
